Having enjoyed the first Semi-final of the World Cup (are we glad that we here, this is the longest and probably the most boring of them all), one thing that caught my attention was Jayawardhane's comment about pushing himself and not slipping into a comfort zones.

How prone is a human being to rest on one's achievements (however small they might be) and not seek the next challenge. I really think we push ourselves a lot when we are much younger and then take the foot off the pedal as we grow older.
